The Total Body Balance Ball Kit is a refreshed kit that includes the Gaiam anti-burst Balance Ball, 2 complete DVD workouts, a resistance band, and a pump. The new workout, designed by fitness expert Tanja Djelevic, is a total body workout aimed to challenge, sculpt, and tone your entire body. The total value of this new kit is nearly $60 if purchased separately and is available in small (55cm), medium (65cm), and large (75cm) sizes.

BALANCE BALL KIT: The Total Body Balance Ball workout kit comes with a small (55 cm) exercise ball, ideal for a low-impact core strengthening workout. The included workout guide allows you to target your abs, back, glutes, lower and upper body using the yoga ball and a 105-minute workout designed by Tanja Djelevic.

55CM BALANCE BALL: The small size balance ball is recommended for users between 5'0" and 5'5" tall. You can use the stability ball for exercises and fitness routines or as an alternative office desk chair for active sitting.

KIT INCLUDES: The kit includes a small purple exercise ball for yoga and Pilates, an easy-inflate air pump, and the workouts on DVD or available for digital download. Please note that the packaging may vary.

INFLATION NOTICE: After initial inflation, you may need to re-inflate your new Balance Ball once or twice to stretch it to its final size. Inflate the ball with air, let it stand for 24 hours, deflate it by 50%, then fill it again to a height of 55cm.
